Decision-Making Fatigue
Have you ever made a decision only to revisit it over and over again, like you’re stuck in a loop?
Here’s the thing: You’re not meant to make the same decision multiple times. You make a decision once and then manage it.
🔹 This isn’t about ignoring changing circumstances. It’s about recognising that second-guessing every move is often a symptom of self-doubt.
🔹 It’s costly. Re-deciding wastes time, energy, and mental space that could be used for execution.
🔹 It’s deceptive. The euphoria of deciding feels like progress—but without action, it’s just an illusion of control.
💡 Ask yourself:
• What decisions have I made but not moved on?
• Why do I keep going back to the starting line instead of taking the next step?
• Am I chasing certainty, or am I just afraid of commitment?
The real progress happens after the decision is made. Move forward today.
